Yes, the customer service is terrible!  Those who answer phones are nice enough but when it comes to taking action and making decisions it all falls apart.  I had some Customer Service reps who could not speak English and some who could not write.  Case Managers at Resolution Center should be better trained but there were many bullies..It is difficult dealing with such untrained people and they do not let you escalate or complain so it seems that no one checks their work..What can hosts do?
