suggestion to air B&B

I quite like the 2 ways review rating on Air B&B. But there is little business here. My booking from booking.com is quite good, many many more booking and much better price.

I hear people walk away from Air B&B because this site showing misleading price when we are searching rooms. People only care about final price, which Air B&B cannot provide. There is no sorting feather either.  Sorting with distance and price are 2 options I like most at booking.com.  All these facts make it difficult for customers to choose place here and drive customers away.

To make better business, Air B&B needs to improve.

I agree. Two lots of friends who successfully ran B & B in their homes in Whitby tried many times to persuade me to join as a host- as I have run our B & B for 4 yrs. I joined mid June 2017 and had an exciting 4 weeks- we had many international guests who wrote brilliant 5 star reviews. I told my friends, but they said they left air bnb and joined booking.com, because it started great but bookings went right down because airbnb prices are very misleading. Now we are not NEW we have less bookings. I would have been Superhost by now- but airbnb said I have to wait till October 1st- the end of our summer season in seaside Whitby!! Marilyn
