Just an opinion about tv. Before I use to do the cable or satellite. Today's world most people have streaming something tv, netflix. The Guest's streaming service is in the language they are comfortable with using. Now I offer smart tvs and I upgraded my internet connection and router, they supply their own service. Has worked 5 years now multiple guests at a time. Some reviews even mention great for gaming and the upgrade to wi-fi even with multiple guests using no buffering or wi-fi issues.

Oh, that is a great idea.💛 I forgot to mention all the options. My apologies.
I have smart TVs, cable, and all the extras- though I think it is tough to navigate to HDMI1 to find the cable etc. I leave my Netflix on for them to use.
The referemce to cable jusr shows my age haha I think the Hawaiii renrals with Airbnb system 2013. lol
I don't make a big deal about I don't provide a streaming servixe, I have up to 4 Guests at the same time all using my wp-fi. We upgraded to a fiber main internet connection and a mesh router. 4 years ago and no one complains. All I get is positive, I don't game but a lot of people do for fun instead of tv watching and I have a lot of Guests from Mexico who use what ever service they have for Spanish tv. When I use Airbnb speed test i think I score 700 or 800 that makes a difference. Today most people have the service they like they are more interested can I support what they have.
Great ideas!
We don't allow guests to use our streaming subscriptions, as some have been known to view questionable content and do not logoff when checking out. I believe you can put restrictions on streaming services to prevent objectionable content.
We setup Roku Guest Mode. This allows guests access to free Roku content and login to their own streaming subscription accounts. It prompts guest to enter their checkout date and they are automatically logged out of all their subscriptions at checkout. This prevents incoming guests from using the guest's logged in streaming subscriptions to purchase content under the check-out guest's account:

Hi @Jamie600 😊,
This is such a great graphic with really useful tips!
How long have you been hosting? And how did you create this graphic?

Hi Elisa,
Oh, thank you so much. I have only been hosting for about 6 years.
Canva is my go-to for everything. 🙂
Hi @Jamie600 😊,
Congratulations on those 6 years! I can see all the experience you’ve gained, that’s amazing!
I love Canva as well. Do you use it outside of Airbnb too?
