Hi Everyone, Here is a mini guide on how Hosts can view "what price the guests will see" and also how to use the "Compare Similar Listings" tool.
Here’s how to find the “Price Preview Tool” to check what pricing the guests will see :
Then tap on the guest total and it will show you the price breakdown and your potential earnings.
How to use Compare Listings feature :
and it will show you the booked and unbooked listings in your area with their prices. You can then decide if you need to adjust your rate for those dates or add a special offer to be more competitive. I use this feature just to ensure my pricing is competitive to attract last minute bookings.
Hope this helps. Happy hosting
Hello @Patricia2526,
I just want to take this opportunity to thank you for all the support you've given to our Community. We're really lucky to have you here, and I'm sure this guide will help many more Hosts.
Thank you 🌻
Thank you, Patricia2526.
As of the past month or so (Sept 24), the Guest total tool ('Preview what guests will pay') no longer features on either desktop or app (iOS), and the Compare Similar Listings tool has also vanished from desktop.
At least from my own experience.
I have contacted Airbnb Superhost Customer care for feedback but another feature that is severely lacking is the ability to send photos or screengrabs...
What a mess of an app/website.
Is this feature gone??
@Patricia2526 with the new version this has dispareared, so how to see what I am going to get vs what the host will pay?
Hi @Borja58
Since this feature is no longer available on Airbnb, guests now see the full total price (including fees) upfront when browsing listings. As a host, you’ll still be able to see your payout breakdown for each reservation under your earnings tab or directly in the booking details, so you’ll know exactly how much you’ll receive after Airbnb’s service fee is deducted.
Thank you! But begore and in order to manage the final price you could see the earnings at the same time, now if you combine a Promotion on certain dates you cannot see the total I.e earnings when pricing a week/month. There is any way to see it?
