Hello everyone, we have a 30 day minimum stay at our place as well and we have noticed that many Hosts ask a similar question on the Community Center. I usually try this method to get the minimum 30 day (or 1 month ) stay setting for my listing by following the below steps :
- Go to the main page of your host dashboard, it will say: Welcome back, xyz and display all of your current and upcoming reservations.
- On the top of that page are drop down menus : Today - Inbox - Calendar - Insights
- Click on the Calendar drop down - and your reservations Calendar will open.
- On the right side of the Calendar page is Pricing and Availability. Click on Availability
- There are boxes for minimum stay and maximum stay. Type 30 days in the minimum stay.
