1099 & LLC

Hi, newby here.

I have read that Airbnb will not issue a 1099 if less than $20k or 200 bookings. Is this true?

Also, I would like to completely operate my rental under my LLC, especially with the anticipation of getting a 1099 next year. I don't care if the money gets deposited into my personal checking, but I want the 1099 isdued under my LLC.

Is this possible? If so, how?

My listing is under my LLC. You control that in the payment section. Enter your LLC IRS # and name for payments.
