2 different payouts

Hey All,

Question about payment...

I have guests who are staying for a total of 45 days.

The payout came through and it is for aprox 750$ less than the stated payment.

Anyone know why?

Does Airbnb pay month to month?

Hello @Erin-And-Adam0,

Airbnb classes stays of 28 days or more as long term stays and pays the host for the first month just after the guest checks in. Payments for subsequent months or part thereof are made per month thereafter.

When will I get my payout?

How are long-term reservation payouts processed?
