24 hour AirBNB help centre

Hi,

I notice that AirBnb says they have 24 hour 7 day / week contactability. However, I am unable to find it. Thank you for telling me where / how to contact them please.

@Joanne15 That's easy!  Here's a helpful link describing all the ways you can contact Airbnb.  I prefer twitter as I get responses right away or if it's complicated, they'll emai or call me.  Rather do that than hang on the phone for a while.

using the help button I used to be able to contact an airbnb support person for online chat, but it doesn't seem to be their anymore...... also I cant find my saved messages to respond to a guest that has booked.
