A guest just left me a 4 star review for having a "basic shower"

I just hosted two travelers who gave me a 4-star review for having a "basic shower".  I'm not quite sure what that means - I have a full bath, with a normal shower head.  FWIW my listing is a very simple studio apartment in a busy metropolitan area.  It isn't luxury and it is priced accordingly ($50 per night).  Any insights on what I should do here?

Its the one in French!  I put it in a translator, so perhaps a translation issue?   I'm a bit confused, she left 4 stars overall, and gave it 4 stars for cleanliness and location.  The location is clearly marked on a map, so it should have been no surprise.  Also I had the apartment professionally cleaned before she came with a very good cleaning service, and went over it with a fine toothed comb before check in.

I supposed it doesn't matter much since most of my guests are reviewing/reading in english, but I was a bit surprised after that effort to get a lower review

@Sarah1682 @Ana1136, don't you know, nowadays, all accommodations have the latest in ultrajet 4000 showerheads? What in the world were you thinking?! 

I just hope they never travel to my place, where we have our old cabin water heater turned down!

@John1080 oh yes how could I forget, I think we should just delist our properties now, how can we even host with such basic amenities..I mean these people, I once got a bad review because we don't have a bidet ( 98% of homes here don't have one ) and we never say that we do have, everything is shown on the pictures, and the best part - they were "very disapointed" we only left toilet paper and not baby wipes ( there were no babies, and even if there were we never leave and never will )

Hmm, you poor things. How can you not have a bidet at a minimum? What all places need is granite countertop and stainless steel appliances!

Sarah you need to relax! I got a three star review because our cottage isn’t on top of the Space Needle. Wait till you get all five stars and then for over all they give you four stars. Happy Hosting

Your translation is fine. I suspect that you don't have a hand-held shower head and your enclosure isn't tile; both of which are standard in any French bathroom.

I have been told that the French are particularly harsh critics, though my two sets of French guests were lovely and wrote warm [not enthusiastic] reviews with 5-stars.

FWIW the translation I see says "rudimentary shower." Which all of mine would certainly be as well... This looks like the usual case of a guest (naturally) thinking 4 stars is pretty good.

Many guests don’t see 4-stars as a bad review. I started sending a message asking for a good review and it turned out in a really positive way. 

I didn’t know before how imoortant it was for airbnb to have and give 5-stars. 😉

A shower stall. A shower head. Hot and cold water.  Soap. What more do people need to get clean?

Don't waste your time trying to understand people's bizarre standards, @Sarah1682.

@Sarah1682  I had one guest complain because the seperate bath and shower in the one bathroom did not have a shower in the tub also. In some cases you just can't win.
