A guest posted 3 star review for value but apologised as they meant to say 5 star - can they change

Hello, one of our previous Guests (a Japanese lady) gave us 5 star reviews for everything except value which they gave 3 star.
When I saw this I contacted them (via AirBnB - private message) and asked if they could give us pointers as to how to improve for future guests.
She replied back saying the value was meant to be 5 star but she made a mistake in saying 3 star.
She was very happy and wanted to come back and stay with us; Is there anyway she can change this with Air BnB ?

Many thanks.
Caroline

Your guest needs to contact AiRBnBa and ask for the amend

However if all the correspondence is on the platform then AirBnB might do it at your request

Thankyou

editing reviews (at least once) could be an option in the future that I'd love to see on the platform

I wonder if it was the same Japanese guest I had?.....hahaha

Got an overall 5 stars despite 3* for value and 3* for location....my home is located in wonderful Speyside.

As a fellow Scot who knows our country very well, it the equivalent if giving Aberfoyle a 3* for location suggesting it’s some inner city ghetto like Govanhill.

The 3* value for me, is these cheapskates NOT wanting to pay £100 plus in Inverness, yet choose a village location and expect 24/7 restaurant services, but being a traditional Highland village we close at 5 pm for shops and 9pm for hotel food!
