APP BUG - Pre approval fails when using APP

Hello CMs and community

 

I hope you CMs can pass it along.

It is the second time I have noticed that, at the moment when I press the key to "pre approve" the potencial guest, on the Airbnb APP it returns a message saying that it cant be approved because the frame dates are not available.
Actually in both cases the dates were avaialble. I had to use a notebook/desktop to pre-approve it.

I am not sure if it is the right place to post it.

I have posted it here (hosting sector) because the update sector is a restricted sector, common member does not have authorized access.

Yes, this bug is annoying.

My experience is that if you wait about 20 minutes, you will be able to pre-approve on your mobile app.

I'm not sure if it accepting your preapproval and showing you an errant  display message or if it really is not approving your acceptance.
