What does the ARS under the new pricing stand for? It's confusing.

Looks like it is Argentine pesos. But you are in California, right? So you want USD? 

Go to Account Settings in the dropdown under your name at the top right of your screen, then to "Payout Preferences" on the left of the screen that comes up. Down at the bottom in the grey area of payout preferences (you may have to sign in again) you will have dropdowns for language and currency. Yours might say English and ARS right now. Use the dropdown from the ARS to set it to USD, and you are done!
