Above 90 days in London

Hi. I am about to reach my 90 day limit for London in 2018. As per the deregulation act, I can rent out for a single booking of more than 90 days - will Air BNB keep my property live/ offer it up for bookings greater than 90 days even though I have reached my 90 day short term limit? 

Also frustation of frustations - as anyone worked out how to actually send an email to Air Bnb with a question as it's impossible to find all the info that we need on discussion groups unless Air Bnb are willing to wrte lengthy texts on each of the subjects.

Yes you will be listed for  a 90 day + booking if you take off your maximum length of stay.
