Hi,
I had a situation recently where a guest demanded a full refund but I was not prepared to provide it. As the guest cancelled after the notice period I was entitled to the full fee. I got an email to stipulate this, and on the email it also said that I could click a button to issue a refund. As I was considering issuing a partial refund I clicked the button, and got redirected to my resevations screen. There was no mention of the refund being issued and no confirmation button or option to enter a different amount.
It now seems that the full refund has been granted and quite frankly, I am fuming as the guest had no right to request this given his thinly veiled excuse and rude demeanour.
How do I know if the refund went through and if it did, how can I reverse this?
