Accounting for Covid cancellations

This is just an FYI to hosts experiencing COVID cancellations. Besides a calendar, I keep a ring binder of each reservation. With each cancellation, due to COVID I unfortunately followed my standard practice of removing the printed reservation. As I am calculating my losses, I referred to my Airbnb account and all the COVID reservations reflect zero dollars which does not help me account for my losses. As I anticipate more cancellations through the COVID cycle I will hold on to my reservation details pages.
