Additional guests after a week at 1 property

Hello, I have a couple who would like to stay for a week and then their 2 teenage sons are arriving for another week (going from 2 guests to 4) is there another way of managing this apart from asking them to do 2 seperate bookings. Help please, I have to respond in a few hours. Thank you very much, Alice.

Just determine the added charge and send them a 'Request' for it via Airbnb.

Agree the additional price with your guests and then use the Resolution Center (Button: Request or Send Money).

Next step: The guests should accept it.

@Alice345 better to adjust the rate within the reservation. Look for the adjust/cancel button. Just decide how much $$ to add the 2 for the second week. The request is sent to the guest and they accept

Or maybe simpler, have them make the reservation for 3 people for two weeks.

Great place btw.  My recommendation would be as your listing is a 2 bedroom unit with 3 beds is not charge extra for stays for groups of more than 2 people. Leave it as is with no hidden costs for up to 4 people, personal opinion only and up to you in general.  I have always experienced better feedback overall from guests when extra costs are kept at a minimum.
