After rejecting the customer's request for a discount, I got three-star rating

After rejecting the customer's request for a discount, I got the three-star rating, Actually, is two three stars. I just apply to be a landlord on platform,  my first guest reservation in 3 days, I offered him to drink milk, eat food, fruit, snacks, when they were leaving that day, he proposed to add more days to live for a week, but ask me that I need to give them a fifty percent discount, I refused, but I agreed to give him a seventy percent discount price for them to stay two nights more, the tenant was very angry, and then when they left, my bed sheet, quilt cover, quilt top left a lot of blood, in my washing machine used by malicious, left a lot of water and some sundries, including pen, electronic products, COINS, chewing gum, sanitary towels, etc. The hard stuff scratched my dryer. And then I got two three-star ratings. The reason for my evaluation is that English is not my native language, and my communication with the client is not smooth. The second point is that my house is far from the client's working address. I was so impressed by my first client. The customer service staff of the website said that they could not cancel the customer's reviews, so I have become the worst landlord with three stars in the first order. What should I do?

@Wilson66 I do not see the review on your listings. Maybe it was removed? I hope you left the guest an honest review.

Not related, but I suggest you ask a fluent English speaker to rewrite your listing description for you.

OMG  what an a**hole!

  1. you can give him bad review and rate him 1*
  2. flag his profile
  3. block him so he can't book with you again https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2020/how-do-i-report-a-message-or-block-someone-on-airbnb
  4. if his review is public you can reply to his review. Just write something short and factual like " guest asked for a discount on what I could not agree and this is his retaliation review "
  5. you can make a damage claim and ask for a refund for bedding etc... but you have to do it before your next guest check in

@Wilson66That is horrible. Most guests are really nice, so I'm sure your next experience won't be so bad.
