Is there some sort of explanation to this! More often than not we are now seeing the screenshot that Susan posted....no avatar! Up until a few weeks ago you hardly ever saw it, I just figured the site was refreshing itself but, now it seems to come up maybe three or four times in half an hour. 

Is there a reason we are seeing it so much more frequently. 

Don't get me wrong, it's not an issue...not like getting paid!!! I just thought you may have an explanation to just what it means!
