Even those host who has been defending BnB for its decision to give full refunds cant possibly still think they are doing nothing wrong can they?
I mean this is wrong no matter how you look at it. By just allowing the host to issue a 50% credit voucher along with a 50% cash refunded would have kept this whole thing from blowing up the way it has. I thought they were thinking it wouldnt be right to make the guest have to do a voucher but now I find out that they are making the guest do that anyway. Its one thing to start out doing this because they could say that they didnt know it would affect the host the way it has, but to continue doing this now that they know what its doing is shocking to me. To tell a host they cant give vouchers when it could do so much for them and then turn around and do it themselves when they are sitting in their mansions with no worries is unprofessional and really shows what low life pc of **** these people really are. And to be honest the sooner AirBnB is out of business the better host will be.
The two BnB employees who come on here and tell people they are not playing nice, Lizzie and Stephanie can you please explain to me how this is right, I realize this is your job and you cant speak freely but can you tell me how this is even remotely right or fair to the host. Or just tell say their reason for doing this.
I have lost what little respect I had for this company and if there is one host out there that still says BnB has done no wrong, I would be amazed.
