Airbn help center isn't very helpful and personal assistance is no longer accesible!

Back in the times, if you cannot find a solution through Help Center you were able to reach Airbn's personal customer assitance service and they were quite helpful. But unfortunately those times are over.

 

I recieved a reservation yesterday for today but airbn notified me that the payment wasn't complete. I thought they would figure that out in a host protective approach. But then, 2 hours before check in time today they sent me an email and informed me that the reservation was cancelled due to some problems regarding the payment without any penalty to me! It is very clear in my profile settings that cancelation without charge is only possible 24 hours prior to check in time.

 

So what am i supposed to do now? Clearly i cannot rent my house today after this hour and i get nothing compansating the situation. I cannot even reach any one to talk to. This is a very bad sign regarding host protective standards of the company. So go ahead and revise your cancelation policy 'cause you have no respondent but a very blunt email facing you in this type of situation..

 

Very very disappointing!

@Nes0 Airbnb gives guests 24 hours to resolve payment issues.  Is that what concerns you?  I had one recently but the guest got the issue resolved so now I have the reservation.  If the guest cannot pay, how do you figure you would get compensated for the cancellation?

where in God's name does one contact an airbnb associate on theire site - this is unaccpetable that i cannot find one place to email these people txs

@Raynald0 First, spend a little time looking for the information you're saying doesn't exist. It does. Second, either type a little more carefully or learn to spell or whatever it takes to not make your messages look like they were entered by an idiot.

 

I could tell you how to contact AirBnB, but I really don't feel like it. Oh, okay...   Contact Airbnb!

@Raynald0 I didn't call you an idiot, I said that there were things you should do so that your posts wouldn't *look* like they came from an idiot. You had at least three huge, egregious "typos" (I'm being generous in calling them typos; I think you probably just don't know how to spell) in a sentence of about ten words. Plus you aparently can't be bothered to look for easily available information. So, let's perhaps add "self-entitled" in front of the other epithet.

 

You can object to my harsh takedown, but take my advice nonetheless. Either type more carefully, or use a spell-checker, or proof what you write, or whatever it takes to make your questions not *seem* like they come from an idiot. (Please note that I still haven't actually called you an idiot.)
