Airbnb Glitch Causes Loss of Superhost Status

Airbnb had a glitch in their system that was telling them I had not responded to an inquiry when I already had, well within the 24 hour window. I was told there was nothing they could do and that my superhost status would not be denied over that one incident anyway, but then it was. Once again, no recourse for something that should be quite simple to verify with their own records. Very aggravating!

They are also having a glitch with the resolution center. I needed to file something in there and it wouldn't work and so I had to stick it in an inbox communication with my ambassador customer service person. It was rather laborious to do that. So again technical glitches the system is breaking down. I see it on several front. Just make sure you got yourself protected

If you go to the Performance tab and then click on Superhost you can see exactly where you fell (or are falling) short. The current quarter will end on March 31st.
