Airbnb Hasn't Paid Me Yet

I had a guest who stayed at my place from August 7 - 10, and I still haven't been paid by Airbnb yet. All my past reservations, I was paid out the day they checked in, but I still have not been paid out yet and I don't know why. In my transaction history it has the reservation in "future payout" tab, but I don't know why this hasn't been paid yet, or when it will be paid. 

 

Any thoughts?

Is it possible that you have canelled a reservation in the past that Airbnb has penalized? If so, and if the penalty exceeded your reservation payment amount then you won't get paid until it balances out. The only other reason for non-payment would be if the guest's credit card didn't go through but then the reservation would not have been confirmed. I have seen this happen when hosts assume that the reservation has been made upon payment but in fact was never confirmed.

I haven't cancelled any reservations, and the reservation was confirmed! I have the reservation code and everything, it comes up in my reservation history, and I have the option to print the confirmation. So, no idea why this happened - it's the first time I haven't been paid out on time. I will call them and try to figure it out, thanks!

I have had this happen three times.  Call Airbnb, they will release the payment.

Anybody know a contact number in Australia?

I can't get paid and cannot contact anybody either.

airbnb are cheap, but nasty. Certainly overreated

In Australia they have no easy to find phone number.

Anybody tell me what it is?

I found it under transactions history/help and then a contact us button came up. I emailed them and got no reply so called 24 hours later. 

 Airbnb owes me two payments from guests that have come and gone and we're very happy and left a good reviews 

i've called and emailed every day since this happened and no response.  They keep saying trust and security will get back to me soon .   No response 

I have had same problem Airbnb said to me they will be dealing with it and the specialist will be away for two days when she come back she will get in touch and sort it, the only reason Airbnb said after two days was in order for me not to leave a negative feedback for the guest! Airbnb just would not respond any more. Very unsatisfactory handling of situation by Airbnb to hide and not respond.
