Airbnb Plus programme experiences so far

Hi There,

I am very interested in hearing from anyone who may have joined the Airbnb Plus programme, particularly in Australia since it's pre pilot programme late last year and the launch in February this year.

What are your views on the pros and cons of it?

Are there any extra fees to guests or hosts service fees per booking?

How easy or difficut is it to manage your page? eg. change photos, services, rules etc.

Are your guests expecting more of you?  How are your reviews now in comparison?

Has your occupancy changed?

I would love to hear your thoughts.
