I just want to step in here. For those of you who don't know, my name is Lizzie and I am the Online Community Manager.
I feel we are getting slightly off topic and some of the comments are becoming rather personal, which is not how we speak to each other here in the CC. Please do keep the guidelines in mind when posting. Everyone is voluntarily spending time here in the CC so lets keep it respectful, even when we have a difference in opinion and we will get far more out of it.
I am sorry to hear your frustration here @Ron0, I understand you just want this sorted now. In terms of unblocking your calendar, I would recommend speaking with the Support Team directly about this, as this is a private detail linked to your account - more details on what the CC is about can be seen in this post.
I am going to close this thread here, but if you have an idea on how you think the cancellation process can be improved why not add it in Host Voice, this way other hosts can comment and gather support around this as well.
