This is the second-to-last message I got from customer service: "I apologize for my previous colleagues, but if you have any other inquires you can message me here and I will personally answer you. I won't close this ticket until the issue has been fixed. I give you my word."
This is the next message I received: "This support case is closed. Still need help? Visit our Help Center."
I'm sorry but wtf is the matter with airbnb? I have written time and time again about an airbnb error -- the Google map is wrong for our city -- and thus our city basically doesn't exist in the airbnb search engine. No airbnb host is listed under our city even though there are dozens of us. Airbnb has admitted its mistake -- and then does nothing to fix it. I have been complaining for a year, many times. The support ticket is simply closed and no one does anything about it. You can imagine the effect this has on our business if no one can find us when they do a search for our city.
And the fact that airbnb does nothing to remedy this is simply unacceptable.
