Airbnb in Kanata Ottawa

I'm new and i would like to start airbnb with my end unit 3bed 2.5 bath townhouse.

 

How is the return on investment in Kanata/stitisville area? I would really appriciate some feedback about how much should i expect a month ? Would it be worht my time? I can give it away for long term renatal the whole unit  for $2000+ utillities.
