Airbnb property management in Dallas

I have a nice place in Dallas and I'm moving away soon. I'm curious if there are any local Airbnb property managers around the area or how I would go about finding one. A quick search on Google didn't turn up much. I'm looking for one similar to Guesthop. If there aren't any, I'll take suggestions on how to make this work.

I have a studio in downtown Fort Worth one block from Sundance Square. We are there about half the time... I still need to verify that I can rent this on Airbnb... Just curious as to how much you charge for this service.
