even strict cancelation policies Airbnb refunds gusts in full

for bad weather situation but the guests give wrong informations.

The Weather was fine and absolut no problem for arrive the accomodation.

AirBnb ignoring all my complains and want me to accept the Airbnb regulations.

What should I accept a sunny day is a stormy weather?

Or AirBnb can do what they want doesn't matter my Cancelation Policies?
