Airbnb threatens to remove listing!?

I read a post here saying that if you get two consecutive four stars then Airbnb sends a warning before pausing and deactivation of your listing !!? Is that true? That would be very very bad policy and disrespect of hosts by Airbnb. Then superhost who receives two consecutive four stars will also get such a warning?! I wonder is here any hosts who can share and confirm that.

@Blagoje0 No it's not true. Yes there are automated emails that alert you to 'improve ' if you get regular 3 stars for various aspects of your offering - and that annoys some people (perhaps rightly). You have to be consistently underperforming for Airbnb to suspend your listing.

4 star reviews is not bad. In the past, whenever I have booked hotels, I select 4 or 5 stars hotels. If you receive 2 or more 4 star reviews than Airbnb will not suspend your listing. 

If you are receiving one/two stars continously then you can receive automated response on the system with areas to improve.
