Airbnb vs HomeAway vs Tripadvisor

We list on these 3 sites and I thought I'd share an insight and ask a question.

We get the bulk of our bookings through Airbnb - 87.5%. We get 10% from HomeAway (OwnersDirect here in the UK), and 2.5% from TripAdvisor. Yet, Airbnb is the most expensive to book through for the guest.

Will this change? Will our bookings even out across the 3?

I'm wondering if the dominance of Airbnb will decline or perhaps they will lower their charges to the guest and improve their services for hosts?
