Anyone seen an increase in biz near California fire areas?

Has anyone in the Malibu or Northern California fire areas seen or heard about an increase in demand for Airbnb stays? Obviously the people who lost homes are needing long-term stays -- not short-term stays, but maybe some people are converting their Airbnb apartments and guest houses into long-term stay places. If so this will tighten supply of short-term stays. Maybe I need to get back into business during a time of the year that is normally dead! Demand really died along the beach as soon as summer ended.

I find it hard to imagine unless air quality is improved - anything that is above hazardous would keep me away 😞 Maybe long term would get a boost, short term looking at burnt out stuff doesn't seem like a vacation ?
