Im a valuable "Super Host Plus" with 2 properties and really want your help.
What are you doing about lobbying our Australian Government to support Hosts at this difficult time? Casual workers in Australia are obtaining $750 a week from our government. We have no income from our AirBnB and it is hurting us all.
We pay Australian Taxes, provide income for your teams in Australia and San Fransisco. By The Way, it's almost impossible to make contact with you guys via phone calls, emails and text messages. Your PLUS team came to Sydney early last year to host a meeting with Plus members to see what you could do to improve your service. Sure you got tons of good information. Im a big fan of your platform and most navigational tools. But, lets be old fashioned and improve your communications systems to really listen to your customers. They are the lifeblood of your business. Hope to hear back soon with your points of Action for your valued Australian Hosts.
