Hi all,
AIRBNB said I need to improve this: 

Basic requirements needs your attention

Your performance has fallen below the average for hosts, and it's important to focus on improving it.

I click detail and it appears:

My Overall rating show that -*.
I'm new host and just have 1 guest, and he rate my listing as 5 *. I don't understand how overal rating work? and how to improve it.

@Ngan7 I would say that the automated 'alert' isn't taking this into account. You could try ringing Airbnb but I wuold probably just ignore it. They love cmashing hosts for low ratings - if only we could rate Airbnb for platform issues!!

so it's just a matter of platform. I was afraid they will block my listing. I understand now. Thanks a lot for your advice, @Gillian19!

I noticed the same thing today, Airbnb giving me a -* with a target of 4.8. But I have over 100 ratings and a rating of 4.9. Looks like theres a bug in this new "improvement"

I am having the same issue, I have a 0.7 rating and but all perfect reviews in real life. It is so frustrating to try to do excellent work and Airbnb to give a bad rating.
