@Marie405 yes, it appears that the badges are gone now. Instant Book listings now have "Book" when a guest submits a reservation and non-IB listings will say "Request to Book". The Business Travel icon, the suitcase, was mainly implemented for companies wanting to book for their employees under the Airbnb for Business program. I'm sure the Business Travel Ready listings will still show for these companies. Not sure if this really affects anyone not in the Airbnb for Business program and might actually help some hosts who have all the major requirements, but, say, have pets.
Guests can still filter for IB listings, though.
