@Tiantian0 How did you search for your listing? If you just put in the property type and number of guests, most likely you won't find your listing. England, and especially London, has the second highest number of Airbnb listings, Paris being the first.
When you search, use all the available preferences for location, number of guests, property type, amenities and, of course dates that match your calendar availability and minimum stay requirements. Include a price range that matches your rates, including cleaning fee and extra guest charges, if applicable. If you do this, your listing will be shown to guests. With 50,000+ listings in your area, you have to refine your search perameters.
After you have selected all these preferences, then you will see where you truly rank in search results.
If you try these suggestions and still can't find your listing, let me know and I'll take a look.
Hi Clare,
Thanks for your reply. I tried and found my list eventually. However, it was still at the bottom of all the search results. I am wondering if there is anyway to improve my listing. Thanks.
@Tiantian0 Whenever you search for your listing, keep in mind that the ranking will depend on how closely your listing comes to matching the preferences the guest entered in the search criteria. So if a guest put in 7 preferences (dates, location, number of guests, amenities, etc.) and your listing matched all of them, the higher on the list your place will appear.
After that, your performance in customer satisfaction (reviews) and the ease of booking (response rate and commitment rate) will greatly influence your ranking.
