Blocking dates for long term reservations

Hey my wife and  I  are somewhat new to Airbnb been doing it for three months now. We personally  just booked flight to visit her sister in Slovenia for two months this coming summer 2019.  We are trying to plan out what to do with our basement apartment that we’ve been renting out and possibly renting out our space while we are gone.  So far we’ve had 1 long term stay of 2 months to a couple that was moving here from out of state and it was a good experience.  So we’d like to figure out a way to book the months that we will be away to another long term guests so we don’t need to hire someone to clean up every day and have that be a worry while we are away .  Anyways of editing the days on the calendar to have a minimum stay of 1 or 2 months .  And then while we are here still offer the one night minimum stay?

You will have to create a ruleset for the specific 2 months period.

Or apply in settings "lenght of trip" a special rule for the specific period.
