Booking & AirBnb sync

Hi , 

I run few different accomodation's . The owner's  will ask me to host for them .  I have my own accomodation as well on Booking and AirBnb and now I will put next other accomodation . On some the accomodation I'm alredy at risk - that hapend when I got the reservation on some other channel and I was not able to sync the calendar in AirBnb (mostly because of bad internet conection)  . 

Can any one advice me how to avoid this ?

Is any one using a good channel manager for private accomodation ?

@Zorana1 - keeping the calendars updated when using multiple sales channels is indeed difficult.  Calendar syncing is automated with Airbnb if you do import and exports of calendars between channel lines.  If you have a bad internet connection, any channel manager is probably not going to be any better than a regular sync.  However, if you do a search here for channel managers, you will find several discussions about which is best by people who use them.

I am currently looking at channel managers, there are many many out there and each is slightly different. You need one that uses API rather than ICal, even with API it is not immediate but pretty close.

There are three ways to keep your calendar in sync which are; 1) update manually, 2) use iCal, and 3) use Channel Manager. I recently compiled an article and gave some advice to the property hosts on how to keep the calendars updated.
