Both parties cancel without penalty?

I am hosting a family in July, and we have mutually agreed that another place is more suitable?  Is there a way that we can mutually cancel so as not to get penalized?  I may lose my Superhost status!

If its agreed in the message system, the guests need to ring the number on the booking confirmation, cancelling over the phone explaining you will give a full refund, airbnb will check your messages and contact you to approve the refund.

As @Steve143 says, you can transfer bookings to your other listing if thats what the guest wants.
