Business Registration - San Francisco for Long Term rental

Hi all, 

I am renting out two rooms within my apartment, only on a long term basis (meaning over 30 days only). I still live in the apartment, so these are only rooms I am renting not the whole place. I received a letter saying I have to get a business license in San Francisco, and I'm not sure whether I really do or not. I have less then 4 rooms, and I live there. Very confused here.

@Pete29  San Francisco has some the toughest requirements for short-term rentals in the nation due to the shortage of housing.
