Busy/Slow season in Tennessee

Hi everyone!

Any hosts in Tennessee that can shed some light on what months are the slowest in Tennessee?  I have been looking at doing an airbnb there (near the mountains) and the locals I have spoken to said that for several months out of the year it is a "ghost town".  I 'm trying to narrow down how many months we're talking about.  I mean I would think somewhere like Gatlinburg or Nashville "should" has business all year round.  But I'm looking around say Cleveland, TN or perhaps Tellico Plains, TN where they have the Cherahola Skyway, etc....

I've had my Airbnb for one year now.  I'm located near Lynchburg, TN.  My booking were way down in the winter months.  My best month is June.
