Cable TV (Lost Connection)

Hello there,
I'm hosting a guy for 2 months in my house (entire place). During the first month everything was ok, but at the second month the cable TV stopped working. I called the TV company, but from outside Brazil is impossible to solve it.

How can I proceed in cases like this? Although I think is not fair to refund all the payment to the guest, I would like to give him some kind of compensation. What should I do?

@Rafael20 Ouch!  What does your guest have to say about it?  Isn't there someone you trust in Brazil who can handle it for you?  If not, I would think that some sort of compensation would be in order since this amenity is no longer available.  Can't say what amount is appropriate in your case, though.
