Calendar & Pricing Error

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm trying to offer a prospective guest a special offer. However, it says the dates aren't available and the price is gibberish. My friend is having the same issue.

Yes I'm having exactly the same issue. airbnb say they have a system issue. Hope they sort it soon, otherwise I'm going to lose a booking.
