I have a problem with a reservation. I have to choose from 2 offers, but my favourite one haven't sent me an answer for my questions.

I sent him questions yesterday but the other partner urgents me to choose.

I would like to go to Italy, Cesenatico and found 2 properties there.

You cannot until the booking is final.  I would choose the one with the quick response rate - it is a good sign.
