Can I transfer a listing to a new host?

Hi - We are in the process of selling our house and the new owners are interested purchasing as is and continuing to run the airbnb. Is it possible for me to transfer the listing to them, or do they need to start over from scratch?  We've had a wonderful experience hosting tons of lovely travelers over the years and we'd like to pass that all along with the property.

@Jeni26 The answer is no. Listings are associate with a host profile. And reviews of a listing are for the host as well. All these are not transferable.

@Jeni26: No. Listings are based on the Host profile not the property itself. They would have to start a new profile for the listing and start from scracth. You could "sell" them the pictures and the written description of your listing but outside of that it will need to be a new listing overall.
