Can't Click Guest's Link to Facebook for Screening Purposes

I've read that hosts can screen potential guests from a link to the guest's Facebook or other personal social media accounts from their Airbnb profile. I've been hosting for over a year and have never been able to click on any link that would direct me to a guest's social media profile. Their Airbnb profile will tell me how many Facebook friends they have, but is useless unless I can see their actual Facebook page and determine if they are real people and are suitable to stay with me.

Am I the only one who can't get access to guest's Facebook profile from a link on their Airbnb profile? Or is this not even a feature on Airbnb?

You cannot get a link to a person's Facebook page.  Not sure where you heard this but it is false.

I have never even seen a link to an FB page so never tried it. I don't know why will they link it up to a personal page in the first place. I certainly would like to keep my FB private so not sure why that feature should even be there, if it's there and I miss it.

I am researching this topic right now. It says my guest has a connected facebook account. It would be nice to see if at the very least the picture matches. I don't know how to get to that connected profile though.
