Canceled guest really did Reserve and Pay

I am not complaining, but I may have found a bug on the website. 

 

I have a guest that clearly did reserve my place.  Everything worked normally.  I even have confirmation of the payment on May 30, 2016.  Both at AirBnB and my Bank Statement have confirmed this payment went thru, and I can see the guest is booked (in fact, she is still there right now).

 

However, when I view her in the Message section of the web site, which shows the picture of the person on the far left, then her name and date, then the last message sent.. over on the far right side it says "Canceled $0 Subtotal $0 per month".  (She is staying several months). 

 

Again, I'm not complaining, but this looks like a bug I should report to the website support people.. However,  I don't know how to contact them.  Does anyone know?

Is there a possibility that she booked, cancelled and rebooked and you are looking at the first reservation?
