Cancellation: Long-term payout?

I've searched and searched & I'm not finding the answer to my particular question.  Thank in advance!

A long-term reservation cancelled on me prior to the reservation start date.

Does the payout timing (24 after check-in) still apply or do I receive the payment earlier?

There are different cancellation and payout policies for long term, @Karla45.  Go to the Help Center and search long term reservation to become educated about your type of reservation.  good luck

You should receive the first month's rent payable to you under the normal process: 24 hours after the check in time.
