I am away for a few weeks so blocked out the time in my calendar. However, with Instant Booking on guests appear to still be able to book! I have had 3 guests book during a blocked out period which is inconveneint for all. I have had to cancel the bookings but despite their assurance that hosts can cancel Instant Bookings, Airbnb have charged me for the cancellation!!!!!!! There doesn't appear to be any way to contact Airbnb to try and resolve this. Any ideas?
In the meantime I am turning off Instant Booking and suggest everyone does the same until Airbnb fix the bug.
