Cancellation due to damages by guest

I had to cancel two of my reservations because my previous guest caused extensive damages to our house and we needed repairs. I need to make a claim to airbnb, but I can't find a way to do that. I need help from the community if you have experienced such thing.

You should not have cancelled, contact AirBnb and make sure they have it down as an Extenuating Circumstances cancellation so you do not get hit with the penalties.
