Cancelled a booking and now calendar blocked

Had a request and while communicating about questions (over verry different time zones) and after 24 hours the request expired. Before the guest put in a fresh request another request for same dates came. I told the new requester I already promised it to the first one and in the box for explanations I klicked not available, block in calendar. How can I now free those days for the first requester to put in a fresh request?

THIS IS URGENT! 1300€ at stake. No time to loose.

As this seems to be a declined request and not a cancellation, you can simply go to your calendar and open up the blocked dates.
